Repair Policy
We have a 6 month Repair policy, which means you have 6 month after receiving your item to request a repair/fix/resize.
To be eligible for a resize, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for repair services related to damage sustained during delivery, the following conditions must be met:
1. Proof of Damage: The item must have been verifiably damaged during the delivery process.
2. Original Condition and Packaging: The item must be returned with all original tags intact and enclosed in its original packaging.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase is required.
Please Note Our Specific Jewelry Repair Scope:
4. We only accept items for repair if the damage is limited to misplaced or missing stones on the jewelry piece.
5. We cannot offer repairs for items that are broken or fractured into two or more separate pieces (e.g., a ring snapped in half).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
